Terms & Conditions
- Your client will usually be seen within four weeks of instruction unless a specific timeframe is required.
- We aim to complete reports will within two weeks of receiving all records.
- £1,500.00 standard fee although the consultant reserves the right to increase this charge for lengthy cases – desktop report only
- £1,500.00 standard fee although the consultant reserves the right to increase this charge for lengthy cases – with examination
- £100.00 for providing a supplementary medical report.
- £1,000.00 re-examination fee (if required).
- £800.00 -£1200.00 for providing a joint statement
- Ratio: 80% Claimant / 20% Defendant.
Please note: All fees are subject to 20% VAT.
Court Fees
£3000.00 for day in court + reasonable travel expenses
Cancellations
- Cancel more than 6 weeks – no charge
- Cancel within 2-6 weeks £1500.00 per each scheduled day in court
- Cancel less than 2 weeks £3000.00 per each scheduled day in court
