Terms & Conditions
- Your client will usually be seen within four weeks of instruction unless a specific timeframe is required.
- We aim to complete reports will within two weeks of receiving all records.
- £550.00 standard fee although the consultant reserves the right to increase this charge for complex cases (charged at an hourly rate of £500.00).
- £50.00 if your client does not attend their appointment.
- £300.00 for providing a supplementary medical report.
- £300.00 for response to Part 35 questions.
- £120.00 letter/single point of query.
- £500.00 re-examination fee.
- Hourly rate of £500 for providing a joint statement
- We will wait for case settlement for payment of fees.
- Ratio: 80% Claimant / 20% Defendant.
Please note: All fees are subject to 20% VAT.
Court Fees
£3000.00 for day in court + reasonable travel expenses
Cancellations
- Cancel more than 6 weeks – no charge
- Cancel within 2-6 weeks £1500.00 per each scheduled day in court
- Cancel less than 2 weeks £3000.00 per each scheduled day in court
