In October 2009 you performed surgery on my shoulder. I did my physio through early 2010 and started playing rugby again at the start of the 2010/11 season, after not having played for over 2 years. I was named captain for the 2011/12 season, and my team, Haverfordwest RFC, won the league this year, getting promoted for the first time in 14 years.
So this is just a quick note of thanks, as I haven’t had an issue with my shoulder since, and there was a time when I didn’t think it would ever be strong enough for me to play rugby again. Thank you for fixing me.
